Hi, I am Debra McElveny and I have been in the mortgage industry for many years, I believe that integrity, timely response and genuine interest in my clients' reaching their goals are so important. I am dedicated to personalized customer service and can engage services from direct bank lines and a variety of wholesale lenders. Through out my loan career I have enjoyed a greater than 75% repeat/referral rate.  I recognize that each customer requires an individual solution, necessitating a tailored response to financial needs, personal priorities and overall comfort with the process.

At Summit Mortgage, I offer programs for first-time home buyers, refinances, purchases, home equity, FHA, VA, USDA, Washington & Oregon Bond Loans, commercial, investments, land/lot properties and construction.

As a lifetime area resident, I credit the people, climate, beautiful scenery, slow pace of life and proximity to the ocean, high desert and mountains as a few reasons why the Pacific Northwest is a great place to call home.

I am active in my community through the area Boy Scouts, Hockinson Community Coalition which provides community service opportunities, a volunteer instructor of Stranger Danger and women's self defense. My whole family are black belt ranked in Tae Kwon Do. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have two wonderful teenage sons. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, camping, reading and relaxing in my free time.
